Mark has practised in respected Australian and international legal environments, including Forsters LLP in London and King & Wood Mallesons in Sydney. His background spans commercial disputes, property, construction and infrastructure, giving clients a measured view of both legal risk and commercial outcome.

Before founding Elias Lawyers, Mark built experience across firms including Vincent Young, Mills Oakley and Corrs Chambers Westgarth, with early exposure to building, construction and infrastructure matters. He now acts for builders and developers who need direct, careful and commercially realistic litigation advice.
